Main Street Lake Elsinore, CA 92530 CALL TO ORDER The Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at 6:03 PM PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Commissioner Gray led the pledge of allegiance. ROLL CALL Present: 4 – Commissioners Peters and Gray; Vice Chair Carroll; and Chair Dobler Absent: 1 – Commissioner Klaarenbeek PUBLIC COMMENTS - NON-AGENDIZED ITEMS - 3 MINUTES There were no speakers. CONSENT CALENDAR A motion was made by Commissioner Peters, seconded by Commissioner Gray to approve the Consent Calendar. The public hearing opened at 6:03 p.m. Damaris Abraham, Interim Asst. Community Development Director provided a presentation. The project applicant, Karen Levitt Ortiz, Senior Development Manger, was invited to provide a presentation to the Planning Commission and answer any questions the Commission may have. John Slingerland was called to speak. The public hearing closed at 6:15 p.m. A motion was made by Vice Chair Carroll, seconded by Commissioner Peters to adopt the 12 resolutions.
