The Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at 6:03 PM

IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE EVERGREEN COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT LOCATED AT APNS 377-020-014, 016, 017, 018, and 019; and
12.Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF UNIFORM SIGN
PROGRAM (SIGN) NO. 2021-35 ESTABLISHING A UNIFORM SIGN PROGRAM
FOR THE EVERGREEN COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT LOCATED AT
APNS 377-020-014, 016, 017, 018, and 019.
The public hearing opened at 6:03 p.m.
Damaris Abraham, Interim Asst. Community Development Director provided a
presentation.
The project applicant, Karen Levitt Ortiz, Senior Development Manger, was invited to
provide a presentation to the Planning Commission and answer any questions the
Commission may have.
John Slingerland was called to speak.
The public hearing closed at 6:15 p.m.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Carroll, seconded by Commissioner Peters to
adopt the 12 resolutions. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4 – Commissioners Peters and Gray; Vice Chair Carroll; and Chair
Dobler
Absent: 1 – Commissioner Klaarenbeek
