f HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I, Catherine I. Jordan, owner of 32210 Riverside Drive, Assessor's Parcel Number: 379-100-005-1,
Legal Description: That portion of Lot 30 in Block "B" of Subdivision of Elsinore, as shown by
Map on file in Book 8 page 377 of Maps, San Diego County records, by metes and bounds com-
mencing at the most Northerly corner of said lot: Thence Southwesterly on the Northwesterly
line of said lot, 110 feet to the true point of beginning; thence Southeasterly paralle with
the Southeasterly line of said lot, 1,595.86 feet to the Southeasterly line thereof; thence
Southwesterly to the Southeasterly line of said lot, 181.95 feet to a point of distance there-
__on,_ 299.86 feet Southwesterly from the most Easterly corner thereof,; _thence Northwesterly
pirallel with the Northeasterly Iine�of-sais��ot;I;563:251feet=to�=the 18rthwesterly_lin-e _ __
thereof; thence Northeasterly on the Northwesterly line of said lot, 179 feet to the point of
beginning in the County of Riverside, State of California, do hereby acknowledge the fact
that; the City of Lake. Elsinore has granted a "Temporary Certificate of Occupancy" on the
cocktail lounge, ("Kay�s• Barn") located on the aforementioned property.
Said "Temporary Certificate of Occupancy", has been conditioned with my understanding that,
certain improvements, namely: Grading per approved plans, Parking Lot Paving; plus Street
and other Off-Site Improvements as secured by agreements on file with the "CITY", shall be
done jointly and coincidental to one another, upon completion by Cal-Trans, of the review
and approval of the Street Improvement Plans.
With acknowledgement of the foregoing, I, Catherine I. Jordan, do hereby agree to Hold Harm-
less the City of Lake Elsinore and all officers and employees from any claims, action or
j liabilities. of any nature or .kind in connection with Grading (or the lack of it) , Paving
(or the lack of it) and Street and other Off-Site Improvements (of the lack of them) as
related to the issuance of the "Temporary Certificate of Occupancy".
I, Catherine I. Jordan, further agree to hold the City of Lake Elsinore and all officers and
employees harmless from any claims, actions or liabilities of any kind or nature in con-
nection with any claims brought by any nature in connection with any claims brought by any
third parties in connection with the foregoing.
This agreement shall be binding upon the Heirs, Administrators and Assigns.
