Use Caution. Good Evening, I am writing in regard to the good neighbor policy that will be voted on. I wish I could be at the meeting, unfortunately it over lapped with another meeting I have scheduled. In regards to all the discussions regarding warehouses coming to Lake Elsinore, we absolutely need this GoodNeighbor Policy Enforced. First and foremost, no warehouses should be built in residential neighborhoods. This alone will bring down home values and does not follow the “Dream Extreme” slogan the city wants. If large warehouses do come in, I agree with the Good Neighbor policy. No coming and going before 7am and after 7pm. Same for weekends and holidays. Most residence travel far for work. No one wants to come home after work for family time hearing that noise, nor on weekends. I hope the city seriously considers this. We strongly oppose the establishment of warehouses in our community, and we are prepared to mobilize in large numbers to protest any future proposals for such development. We strongly urge that the zoning be changed to allow only for residential and shopping center developments, in line with our vision for a safe and vibrant community. By limiting development to residential and shopping centers, we can help protect our community's health, safety, and property values. Warehouses can have detrimental effects on air quality, traffic congestion, noise pollution, and other quality of life factors. As homeowners, we are committed to preserving the well-being of our community and safeguarding our investments in our properties. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Luis & Vanessa Macias Lake Elsinore, Ca 92530 -- Vanessa Macias
