Citizens’ comments, input and interests provide the City Council with valuable information regarding issues of the community. Meeting Information Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month, and the agenda is posted 72 hours prior to each meeting outside of City Hall. The agenda and related reports are also available on the City’s website at www.Lake-Elsinore.org. Meetings are conducted in person, televised live on Spectrum Cable Station Channel 29 and Frontier Cable Channel 31, and streamed online at http://www.lake-elsinore.org/city-government/city-council/webcast-videos. If you are attending the meeting in person, please park in the parking lot across the street from the Cultural Center to assist us in limiting the impact of meetings on the Downtown Business District. Public Comments – Addressing the City Council Any person wishing to address the City Council on items not included on the Agenda may do so during Public Comments for 1 minute at the beginning of the meeting or during Public Comments for 3 minutes at the end of the meeting. We respectfully ask those interested in addressing the City Council to either submit a request to speak online at http://www.lake-elsinore.org/city-government/agendas-and- minutes or complete and present a “Request to Speak” form to the City Clerk at the meeting. This Form is available on the table located inside the Council Chamber. Members of the public may also provide comments on Agenda items by noting the item on the “Request to Speak” form and will be called to address the City Council when the item is considered by the City Council during the meeting. Written Communications If you would like to submit written public comments, you may do so prior to the meeting either by entering them online at the link above or emailing them to the City Clerk at calvarez@lake-elsinore.org. Any written communications or additional documents distributed to the City Council within 72 hours of the meeting will also be made available to the public in accordance with Government Code Section 54957.5. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Change Order No. 1 not exceeding $4,384.32 with Beacon Athletics for additional netting and material cost at McVicker Canyon Park (Project No. Z40023), in final form, as approved by the City Attorney. 10) Change Order No. 2 to the Contract With USA Shade & Fabric Structures for the Purchase and Installation of Pre-designed and Engineered Canopy Shade Structures at McVicker Park (Z40023) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Change Order No. 2 not exceeding $43,079.92 with USA Shade & Fabric Structures for additional concrete and covering of upper field bleachers in such final form as approved by the City Attorney. 11) Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Contractor Services with Prudential Overall Supply for Employee Uniforms and Shop Towel Services Approve and Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 with Prudential Overall Supply not to exceed the amount of $6,500 in such final form as approved by the City Attorney. 12) Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Contractor Services with Excel Landscape, Inc., for Additional Landscape Maintenance Services. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 with Excel Landscape, Inc., extending the term for an additional year and increase compensation by an additional $86,700 for a total not exceeding $353,000 in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
