RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING FINES
AND PENALTIES FOR PARHING AND LAKE USE
VIOLATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council may impose fines and penalties for violations
of City ordinances and State laws relating to parking; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has not updated many of its parking and Lake
use fines in over 10 years.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKE ELSINORE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The above recitals are true and correct.
SECTION 2. The parking fines and penalties set forth in the "Penalties and
Delinquent Fee Schedule far Parking Violations" attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. The following Lake use fines are hereby adopted:
LEMC Section 8.40.060 Failure to obtain Lake Use Pass $150.00
LEMC Section 9.96.170 Entering Restricted Areas $150.00
SECTION 4. This Resolurion shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage and adoption.
