Afternoon Aaron,
Attached please find the highlighted draft of August’s mileage logs. I have spent quite a bit of time
going through these and am hoping you can clarify all that are highlighted and if needed, please
remediate the entries.
There are quite a few entries across the board that have inflated mileage for locations within the
City, and for those, I highlighted the full trip to show the difference in tracking. Additionally, there
are a few addresses that show they are personal home addresses of SWAG staff, as well as a few
home residences I can’t identify in the Cities of Menifee, Chino Hills, Riverside, etc.
I was able to identify some of these addresses as medical or appointment offices, but could you also
clarify if we have individuals at the above unknown residences and at these locations: 1775 n Perris
Blvd, Perris - American Inn Motel; 504 Quail Dr.; 2625 W. Florida Ave., Hemet – Travelodge.
With regards to timesheets, most looked good, however I had a few questions about PTO/Sick Leave.
I noticed we are only charged for PTO and Sick Leave. What is the difference between these and
what is the accrual schedule for staff?
When an employee calls out sick, what is the process for either backfilling that position for the
day or covering their duties?
Please let me know if you have any questions or want to walk through these. I know the outreach
team covers a lot of ground and is not just in LE, so we would appreciate any help you can lend to us.
I am hoping to have mileage for September and October also today, and can address the invoices for
November on once we have clarification.
