ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Gray, Armit, and Ross; Chairman Carroll and Vice Chair Klaarenbeek PRESENTATIONS 1)Let's Talk Lake Elsinore Assistant City Manager Jason Simpson provided a presentation. PUBLIC COMMENTS – NON AGENDIZED ITEMS – 3 MINUTES CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM(S) None. PUBLIC HEARING ITEM(S) 2)Planning Application No. 2018-49 (Pennington Industrial) - A New Industrial Park with Three Buildings (91,140 Sq. Ft. in Total) and 167 Parking Spaces. Public hearing was opened at 6:13 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Armit, seconded by Vice Chair Klaarenbeek to continue this item to the Regular Meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Commissioners Ross, Gray, Armit; Chairman Carroll and Vice Chair Klaarenbeek. The Public Hearing was opened at 6:17 p.m. CDD Taylor provided a presentation. Applicant Rod Fermin, Boos Development was called to speak. The Public Hearing was closed at 7:00 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Armit, seconded by Commissioner Gray to adopt the four Resolutions. The motion carried by the following vote.
