compliance within five (5) days of receipt of this Warning Notice. The fine for an

Dear Mr. Wieland:
There are two outstanding issues that need to be addressed regarding your properties. The first
issue is about an expired Building Permit for the opening in the walls between the two buildings
located at 570 Central Ave. Your company used to occupy these units prior to moving to your
present location at 601 Crane Street. This work was never completed and remains in violation of
the Building Code
Several months ago I contacted your office to try and clear up this issue. I had several
conversations with one of the secretaries in your office. I explained to her what was nessacary to
complete the work and gain Final Inspection. Apparently this person moved to a new employer
and nothing was done. This Permit has now expired and a new Permit must now be obtained
prior to the work being completed.
The second issue is about your new building located at 601 Crane Street. When you moved all
of you machinery into the new building Electrical Permits were not obtained to install the
electrical required for these machines.
Once again I contacted your office and spoke to Larry Weaver. Mr. Weaver indicated that he
was your plant manager. Mr. Weaver and I walked through both sites and I explained what he
needed to do. He said that he would take care of the situation within two weeks. I don't know if
Mr. Weaver still works for you but again nothing was done about the Permits and the required
work.
Part of the work to be done included a fire door that was never installed. This opening creates a
safety hazard that the City of Lake Elsinore must insist be completed or the opening between the
t vo units must be closed.
The Cite of Lake Elsinore has always had a good relationship with you and your company. We
understand that you cannot personally handle all of these situations, however it seems that you

will need to give some attention to this matter so that we can resolve these issues. We look
forward to your timely response.
