The notice is attached for your review and inspection. Staff is simply requesting a Minute Order Action (motion and second) acknowledging receipt. This is what is commonly known as a "Receive and File" item. Fiscal Impact There is no Fiscal Impact to the Acceptance (Receive and File) of the California Secretary of State Notice of Joint Powers Agreement Filing.
