This Warning Notice has been issued to the owner that conditions existing on the affected property or actions taken
by the owner constitute a violation of the City's Municipal Code.
This Warning Notice will be followed by an Adm nistrative Citation if the corrections on the attached Notice of
Violation are not in aJe within five(5)days of receipt of this Warning Notice. The fines for an Adm nistrative
Citation are as follows:
