Good afternoon,
My name is Jennifer Castillo with(ORDR)Open Records Data Retrieval.I am hoping to update our records in your area and would like to make a
request of electronic records containing all commercial and residential building,demolition,and sub/trade(plumbing,electrical,mechanical,etc.)
permits applied for in Lake Elsinore,CA from January 1 st,2019 to present.An example of the information I am seeking would include,but not limited
to:permit number,issue date,location,permit type,status and a description of the work done as well as contractor details and valuations.
Back in November 2020,your jurisdiction helped to provide my colleague Amber Corlis with an Excel file(Public Records Request)containing this
permit information. I have attached a sample of this document for reference. I would appreciate receiving this same type of document in the same
format and with the same fields of descriptive data,if available,for all permits of all types and statuses applied for during the requested timespan. If
this format is not available,we can accept any format that contains the permit information—excluding that which is scanned or printed.
Please note that ORDR's FOIA request is for publicly-available building permit information,not personal information. Neither ORDR nor a third-party
will use the requested building permit information as a mailing list for the purpose of selling property or services.ORDR will use the requested
building permit information for property/construction due diligence and analysis.
If there are any charges associated with this request,please provide me with a detailed invoice explaining the charges before providing any
documents or performing any billable work related to this request.Please let me know if you have any questions or if there's someone else I should
