described has been APPROVED with CONDMONS by the Architeenual Control Committee.The
conditions of this approval are Right side yard plans approved mustshow dr,mage plan,must re-submit
pf farjront walkway and the(3)driveway planner areas to include additional plant material and
ground cover.Plant media coverage to the entirele posed area doesn't meet the 60%coverage.
This approval is related solely to the items reserved for approval by the CC&B's in accordance with the
Amhitectuml Guidelines.The approval does not extend to the quality of work done by your architect,or
contractor,or to my structural engineering,soils engineering,or site grading and drainage design.You
e urged to obtain the services ofa state-licensed professional for consultation w needed.Plaase be
advised that this approval does not relieve you from obtaining the necessary building permits from the
govemmeotal agencies involved,including the City of Lek,Elsinore.In addition.clause find enclosed a
