Use Caution.) This proposed project will negatively affect us and our neighbors and everyone in the Lake Elsinore area. Because of increased traffic conditions, increased level of crime, noise and air pollituion. Population density to high for the existing neighborhood. The significant environmental impacts have not been properly addressed or mitigated. Finally to my knowledge I am the only one to canvas the entire area door by door. I have not discovered one resident who is in favor of this project. I remain skeptical and opposed to this project. Use Caution. Hello Ms. Abraham, I am writing to let you know I am strongly against this project. This project will negatively affect me and my neighbors forever in multiple ways. It will also change the vision most of have for Lake Elsinore. Thanks for your time. Sent from Outlook Dear City Counsel members, We are the Banks family, and we reside at- Lake Elsinore We are E -mailing you to object to this project being approved and would recommend a NO vote We believe that the scope of this project is just too large for the parcel of land it would occupy, and would just cause even more conjestion and pollution, and a lessened quality of life for the existing residents. Considering some of the other projects going on in the immediate area, (150 homes going in at Laguna and Riverside, 150 apartments/condos going in at Grand and Riverside) and now to jam in 65 apartments/condos at this site seems excessive. The area already suffers from bad traffic congestion at certain times of the day. I had to run to Home Depot last Friday night around 8:30, and the traffic was horrible from Macy st. to Riverside & Lakeshore dr. the trip took almost 25 minutes, terrible. We live on Macy st., which this project would turn into a complete nightmare, with ALL egress traffic (from the whole site) that wishes to travel N/W on Grand Ave having to exit onto Macy st. to access the proposed traffic light at Grand and Macy and go in that direction, basically turning our residential street into a high traffic commercial egress route. not to mention the overflow parking from the appartments that will undoubtably use Macy st. as their parking spaces. The city and state ask us to conserve water and electricity, all the while they keep approving multiple projects that just keep adding to the burden on these systems, without even thinking twice about it. Even though you might approve this project, just know that the majority of the residents in this area do NOT approve of it. Thank you for your time.
