Professional Services Agreement with Engineering Resources of Southern California, Inc. for
Civil Engineering Services for the Corporate Facility Project (CIP Project Z20006)
1.Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement in the
amount of $65,700.00, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and
2.Authorize the City Manager to Approve Change Orders up to 10% of the Agreement in the
Amount of $6,570.00.
