AGREEMENT
Please note the special instructions below Machado signature spaces
This agreement is between the owner(s) (bfmhka, LLC) of the property at 16377
Lakeshore Drive (Lot 1, Tract 23000) Lake Elainore and Machado Self Storage which is
adjacent to the above property.
Nftchka LLC agrees to permit Machado Storage to install a one (1) foot retaining wall
abutting our garages on the southeast side of our property and pave over the three(3) feet
remaining area to our property line to aftinate our need to continue weed control on that
area. Further. Machado has our permission to extend their wall facing Lakeshore Drive up
to our wall along Lakeshore Drive.
It is Understood between both parties that, should Michka LLC for any reason, want to
have such retaining wall and paving removed, Machado Self Storage wM timely comply.
The sante is true of the frontage wall codng to our wall.
This agreement is dated May 2, 2003
