Background Southern California Edison is the utility responsible for the installation and maintenance of electrical facilities. SCE is requesting the City for a 6 feet wide strip and 14 feet wide near and adjacent to the Summerly pump station on Cereal Street. Discussion SCE is requesting the City for two (2) utility easements: 1) a 6-foot wide utility easement spanning from the Summerly Pump Station and Cereal Street, and 2) a 210 square foot utility easement for the transformer located approximately 220 feet southeast of the Pump Station on Cereal Street. Fiscal Impact There are no fiscal impacts on the City. All costs related to this easement shall be the responsibility of Southern California Edison.
