RE: First Notice
You are requested by the Building Official in accordance with the
Minimum Housing Code, the uniform Building Code, and the Code to
correct such con:titions by repair, renovation, demolition, or
removal within thirty (30) days of service of the notice.
Occupancy of the property is prohibited until you obtain writte.i
approval from the Build-inc Official. If your building is occupied
at this time, you have five (5, days from the service of this
notice for all occupants to vacate the building.
If you decide to repair or renovate the structure, you will need
to obtain one or more permits for work that is required, such as a
building, elect-:ical, plumbing,and/or a mechanical permit. These
permits are availarle at the Building and Safety Depart-rent, 130
South Main Street, Lake Elsinore, California, 92330. If you
decide to demolish the structure, you must obtain_ a demolition
permit from the Building Official at the above address.
You may appeal the determination or requir�aments made by the
Building Official -within thirty (30) days after the service of
this notice. If such an appeal is properly filed within the
thirty (30) day period, compliance with this notice shall not be
required pending a hearing of such appeal by the City council,
unless an emergency (as determined by the Building Official and as
defined by the applicable law) exists.
