NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore (the
"City") will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on January 13, 2015, or as soon thereafter
as the matter can be considered, in the Cultural Center of the City, 183 North Main Street,
Lake Elsinore, California, in accordance with Government Code Section 6586.5, at which
time it will consider public testimony concerning the possible issuance of bonds by City
of Lake Elsinore Community Facilities District No. 2004-3 (Rosetta Canyon), City of Lake
Elsinore Community Facilities District No. 2005-6 (City Center), City of Lake Elsinore
Community Facilities District No. 2005-1 (Serenity), City of Lake Elsinore Community
Facilities District No. 2006-2 (Viscaya) and City of Lake Elsinore Community Facilities
District No. 2003-2 (Canyon Hills) (collectively, the "Community Facilities Districts") which
will be sold to the Lake Elsinore Public Financing Authority in order to reduce the special
taxes to be paid by taxpayers within each respective Community Facilities District and/or
to finance additio al public capital improvements.
