Hello Ryan,
We had the gentleman Josh who lives at 29740 Denny St. reach out to the City interested in an encroachment permit for
relocating his meter box and running a new waterline down Denny St.
The City has some concerns with the exhibit attached from EVMWD as it currently shows his private line running
through the City right of way. So we would like a little more info about what was proposed to this resident and what
EVMWD was proposing to help him out.

Yes, there will be paving. Very little, it’s on the very edge of the road. The trench slip shows a 2x3 patch that we would
have to do at the most. I do apologize, I believe I forgot to put that in the initial EP.
