CALL TO ORDER
The Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at 6:00 p.m.

PUBLIC HEARING
1)Planning Application No. 2019-07 (Bamiyan Marketplace) requesting to develop a new
mixed-use commercial and residential development (123,026 sq. ft. in total) on a
12.60-acre site
Continue consideration of the proposed project to March 1, 2022.
A motion was made by Commissioner Klaarenbeek, seconded by Commissioner Peters, to
continue this item to the next Regular Meeting on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Aye:Chair Gray, Vice Chair Dobler, Commissioner Peters, Commissioner Carroll and
Commissioner Klaarenbeek

Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, MAKING FINDINGS OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE OR NECESSITY
(PCN 2021-03) FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES (TYPE 20 ABC) FOR
OFF-SITE BEER & WINE CONSUMPTION LOCATED AT APN: 379-111-014.
Associate Planner Beery provided a presentation.
A motion was made by Commissioner Klaarenbeek, seconded by Vice Chair Dobler, to continue
this item to the next Regular Meeting on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye:Chair Gray, Vice Chair Dobler, Commissioner Peters, Commissioner Carroll and
Commissioner Klaarenbeek

COMMISSIONERS' COMMENTS
Commissioner Carroll, Vice Chair Dobler, and Chair Gray expressed condolences to the family of former
Council Member Daryl Hickman.
ADJOURNMENT
The Lake Elsinore Planning Commission adjourned at 6:07 p.m. to the next Regular meeting of
Tuesday, March 1, 2022 in the Cultural Center located at 183 N. Main Street commencing at 6:00 p.m.
