AO Architects recently received a ‘Conditions of Approval’ letter for our Planning Entitlement project below.
The Developer is Saddleback Associates and the project is an industrial business park located on Collier Avenue just West
of the 74.
We have one question below (Item 35)

Hi Sonia,
These are conditions of approval for Building Department. Can you review Item 35
and clarify what we are required to do as it relates to 10% voluntary green
measures?
Typically, the California Green Standards outline what is required for each project.
Just need to understand the 10% voluntary green measures.
