This letter is presented in response to the Reference No. 1 document. The comments are based on the above
Referenced No. 2 Report prepared by EnGEN Corporation (EnGEN), dated February 1st, 2020.
For ease of reference, review comments are restated with our responses.
Condition 109: “A seismic study shall be performed on the site to identify any hidden earthquake faults,
liquefaction and/or subsidence zones present on-site. A certified letter from a registered
geologist or geotechnical engineer shall be submitted confirming the absence of this
hazard prior to grading permit. The location of faults, active or inactive shall be shown on
the plan sets.
Response 1: Comment 109 is addressed under § 5.0 and 7.0 of the Reference No. 1 Report.
