Notice of Violation
May 18, 2017
Pursuant to the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code 2016-1365 and the 2016 California Fire Code Section
109, the building located at 29261 Central Avenue in the City of Lake Elsinore inspected on March 9,
2017 has been found in violation. It is unlawful for a person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, alter,
repair, remove, demolish or utilize a building, occupancy, premise or system regulated by this code, or
cause same to be done, in conflict with or in violation of any of the provisions of this code. The following
conditions have been deemed in violation:
1. 2016 California Fire Code (CFC) 901.6.2 Records. Records of all system inspections,
tests and maintenance required by the referenced standards shall be maintained on the
premises for a minimum of three years and shall be copied to the fire code official upon
request.
Upon inspecting the property, the property owner failed to maintain or provide a current fire
alarm system test reports, to include a computer printout from the supervising station that all
alarms have been received.
Submit a current copy of the fire alarm system test report and computer printout from the
supervising station to the fire inspector.
Immediate items shall be corrected immediately, all additional items shall be correct within (10)
days of this notice.
Persons, firms, or corporations violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the
mandatory requirements of the Ordinances of Lake Elsinore shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person
convicted of a misdemeanor under the Ordinances of Lake Elsinore shall be punished by a fine of not
more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or by imprisonment not to exceed one hundred eighty (180)
days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each
and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of the Ordinances of Lake
Elsinore is committed, continued, or permitted by any such person, and shall be punished accordingly.
