Architectural:
1. Path of travel from street designated on Site Plan, sheet SP11 and noted
on same plan.
2. Note added to Site Plan, sheet SPll.
3. We have 44 employee spaces and 26 customer spaces for a total of 70
spaces. All other parking spaces on the site are for display of
automobiles for sale. I have changed the customer and employee spaces
to be solid lines and the display to be clashed. We are only providing HC
spaces for the customer and employee spaces. We have 7 HC spaces
shown. All are van accessible.
4. Employee HC spaces have been moved to provide a direct path to the
building. See Site Plan, sheet SPi 1.
5. Note regarding building address is shown on Site Plan Notes, sheet SPIL
6. Planning Department and Fire Department approvals are in process.

20. The fire alarms referred to in section 307.9 are for buildings used for
manufacture of organic coatings or per the requirements of the Fire
Code. The Fire Code has requirements for H6 occupancies and for areas
used for storage, dispensing, use or handling of highly toxic compressed
gases, liquid and solid oxidizers and Class I, 11, III, and IV organic
peroxides. None of these conditions apply to our project.
