Background The proposed Parcel Map 37751 proposes a merger of Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 & 2 into one parcel with a total net area of 0.97 acres. There is also a dedication of Lots `A' & 'B' to the City of Lake Elsinore for public use for street and utility purposes. Parcel map is for purpose of constructing a commercial gas station, Boos Development Group, Inc. Discussion Staff has reviewed Parcel Map 37751 and determined that it is in substantial conformance with Tentative Parcel Map 37751. Fiscal Impact No fiscal impact from approving the map.
