We are concerned about these people trespassing. They fish on private properly, camp with tents and have illegal fires. The beach is closed at 10:00 PM. This goes on all hours of the night. They are loud and leave dirty diapers, rubber gloves, all kinds of trash, tissues, yes tissues from using the beach as a restroom. The area on the beach from Tim Fleming's lot to Four Corners area is a concern also. Over the 4th of July my wife and I had put out at least 4 burning fires, left unattended. When we called the Fire Dept to get a permit before the 4th to have a fire in our backyard, we were told no permits would be issued at this time. When you call the Fire Dept about a fire on the beach, we are toll they can have a fire because its a warming fire and they will not respond to our calls and not do anything about it. As I have indicated these fires make it so we can't open our windows. Pat I know we talked about other things also, but as I am typing this, I see fisherman have left their trash. I don't know if moving the barrels was a good idea, I guess time will tell. Thank you for your quick response to our telephone conversation. We got a call from Sean Slater and have an appt with him this Monday. He has asked me to go around with him to explain and show him some of my concerns. Please feel free to contact me at any time.
