As part of these assessments, open records requests are submitted to local government agencies to determine if any records of interest exist for the property(ies). As part of the Phase I ESA, please notify our office of any records of installation or removal of storage tanks, releases from storage tanks, environmental cleanups, spills, releases, hazardous materials/waste storage, or any other environmentally -related response incidents pertinent to the property(ies). In addition, related to the PCA, please notify our office of any open building or fire code violations associated with the subject property(ies), along with any Certificates of Occupancy on file.
