CITY MANAGER COMMENTS City Manager Simpson had no comments. CITY ATTORNEY COMMENTS City Attorney Leibold had no comments. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS Council Member Tisdale announced that City Hall is resuming passport services beginning Monday, May 3, 2021; advised that applications for the Public Safety Advisory Commission will be accepted through June 4, 2021; and provided an update regarding COVID-19 vaccinations. Council Member Johnson provided an update from the Homeless Task Force; and advised that a stop sign and median have been installed at Nichols Rd. and Collier Ave. Page 8City of Lake Elsinore April 27, 2021City Council / Successor Agency Meeting Minutes - Draft Council Member Manos noted concerns regarding the Central Ave. traffic lights; spoke regarding the recall of Governor Newsom and advised of next steps regarding the process; announced Opening Day of Storm Baseball on May 11, 2021 and opening Weekend festivities from May 14-16, 2021; and invited the community to the Lambs Fellowship Car & Bike Show on Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Mayor Pro Tem Sheridan announced a planned intersection change at Canyon Hills Rd. and Sprucewood Ln.; and advised that residents of Vista Del Lago will be able to park on Grape St. from April 28 - May 3, 2021 so that their streets may be slurry sealed. Mayor Magee announced the Twenty 21 Pet Walk at Diamond Stadium on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.; shared that the Just 4 Kids Fishing Derby will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.; and advised that the San Diego SCCA Autocross event will be held on June 19-20, 2021 at Diamond Stadium. ADJOURNMENT The Lake Elsinore City Council adjourned at 8:06 p.m. to the next Regular meeting of Tuesday, May 25, 2021 in the Cultural Center located at 183 N. Main Street.
