Subject: Tract Map 37319 – Financing Map
Recommendations
1. Approve Tract Map 37319 subject to the City Engineer’s acceptance as being true and correct;
and
2. Authorize the City Clerk to sign and arrange for the recordation of Tract Map 37319.
Background
The proposed Tract Map 37319 is a Financing Map consisting of a .50-acre lot into a one (1)
condominium lot with six (6) units. It is located northerly of Campbell Street, on the easterly side
of Diamond Drive, and westerly of Mission Trail, more specifically referred to as 433 Diamond
Drive (APN 363-162-027). No public improvements or development are proposed or permitted
with this map.
Discussion
Staff has reviewed the Tract Map and determined it is in substantial conformance to Tract Map
37319 and that all conditions of approval relative to approval of the Tract Map have been met.
