Subject: Parcel Map 36632 – Financing Map, Sam-Elsinore, LLC
Recommendations
1. Approve Parcel Map 36632 subject to the City Engineer’s acceptance as being true and
correct; and
2. Authorize the City Clerk to sign and arrange for the recordation of Parcel Map 36632.
Background
The proposed Parcel Map 36632 is a Financing Map consisting of 226.76 acres divided into 6
numbered parcels and 7 lettered lots dedicated for public road and utility purposes. It is located
easterly of I-15 and Camino Del Norte, southerly of Rosetta Canyon development and adjacent
to Elsinore Hills Road. No public improvements or development are proposed or permitted with
this map. Future monumentation of the map is secured through a bond.
Discussion
Staff has reviewed the Parcel Map and determined it is in substantial conformance to Tentative
Parcel Map 36632 and that all conditions of approval relative to approval of the Parcel Map have
been met.
Fiscal Impact
The surety posted is sufficient for the City to complete the monumentation if needed. Staff time
was utilized to prepare the documents.
