Recommendations
1. Authorize staff to file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder for the
project; and
2. Authorize staff to release all retention monies 35 days after the filing of the Notice of
Completion for the project

A contract was awarded to Leonida Builders, Inc. for the remodel of Concession Stand #3 at
Diamond Stadium.
Discussion
The work has been completed per the plans for this project. The Successor Agency has
received final billing and invoicing, and the contractor has been paid in full less the retention
amount. City staff requests authorization to record the Notice of Completion and release the
retention 35 days following the recordiation of that notice.
Fiscal Impact
Funding for this project was provided pursuant to the Successor Agency’s approved
Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS).
