Tuesday, August 6, 2019
GALL TO ORDER
A Regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Lake Elsinore was held in the Cultural
Center, 183 North Main Street, on the above date. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by
Chairman Ross.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Gray.

Present: Commissioners Gray, and Ross; Chairman Carroll and Vice-Chair Klaarenbeek
Absent: Commissioner Armit
PUBLIC COMMENTS - NON AGENDIZED ITEMS - 3 MINUTES
There were no members of the Public appearing speak.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM(S)
1) Approval of Minutes - June 18, 2019 and July 7 , 2019.
It was moved by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Ross, and carried to approve
Meeting Minutes, noting the absence of Commissioner Armit.
PUBLIG HEARING ITEM(S)
2) Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-04 - A Request for The Approval of an Outdoor Eatino Area As an
Accessorv Use to an Existinq Pieoloov Restaurant Located at 18310 Collier Avenue (APN:
377-080-033).
The Public Hearing was opened at 6:02 p.m. There were no conflict of lnterest disclosures.
Administrative Clerk Wells affirmed receipt of Proof of Publication and noted that correspondence had
not been received.
Community Development Technician Poley presented the Staff report.
There were no members of the public appearing to comment.
There was no further discussion on this item.
The applicant Sarah Morales was available for questions.

There being no further response to the Chairman's invitation to speak, the public Hearing was declaredclosed at 6:'12 p.m.
It was moved by Vice-Chair Klaarenbeek, seconded by Commissioner Ross, and carried, to adopt theResolutions, noting the absence of Commissioner Armit.
