The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman Ross. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Klaarenbeek. ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Gray, Armit and Klaarenbeek; Chairman Ross and Vice-Chair Carroll PUBLIC COMMENTS - NON AGENDIZED ITEMS - 3 i,IINUTES There were no members of the Public appearing to speak. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM(S) 1) Aporoval of Minutes - May 7 , 2019 It was moved by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Klaarenbeek, and carried to approve Meeting Minutes. PUBLIC HEARING ITEi,I(S) 2) Amendments to Title 16 and Title 1 7 of the Lake Elsinore Municioal Code Streamlininq Code Provisions and Procedures. The Public Hearing was opened at 6:02 p.m. There were no conflict of lnterest disclosures. Administrative Clerk Wells affirmed receipt of Proof of Publication and noted that correspondence had not been received. Planning Manager MacHott presented the Staff report. There were no members of the public appearing to speak. The Commissioners had questions and addressed any concerns with Staff. There being no further response to the Chairman's invitation to speak, the Public Hearing was declared closed at 6:24 p.m. It was moved by Commissioner Klaarenbeek, seconded by Commissioner Armit, and unanimously carried, to adopt the Resolution. Resolution 2019-35:A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO TITLE 16 AND TITLE 17 OFTHE LAKE ELSINORE MUNICIPAL CODE STREAMLINING CODE PROVISIONS AND PROCEDURES STAFF COMMENTS Community Development Director Taylor advised the Commissioners that the July 2, 2019 Planning Commission Meeting will be cancelled due to the Holiday. Assitant City Attorney Mann thanked Manager MacHott for all his hard work on the Ordinance. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Commission, the Meeting was adjourned at 6:29 p.m. to Tuesday, June '18, 2019, at the Cultural Center, '183 N.
