Installation is expected to take 3-6 weeks. Notes Quote is based on:  Shipment of entire project together to one location.  Voltage and phasing electrical system requirement to be confirmed prior to production.  Structural code and wind speed = 2016, 110 mi/h, Exposure C, Importance Factor 1.0.  Owner is responsible for electrical power to the site, coordination with the utility, and any power company fees .  Confirmation of pole locations prior to production.  The owner of the field is responsible for the structural integrity of the existing poles .  Quote does not include structural engineering for the terrace or the additional roof fixtures. Complete access to the site for construction using standard 2 wheel drive rubber tir e equipment. 2. Locate existing underground utilities not covered by your local utilities. i.e. water lines, electrical lines, irrigation systems and sprinkler heads. Musco or Subcontractor will not be responsible for repairs to unmarked utilities. 3. Locate and mark field reference points per Musco supplied layout. (Home plate) 4. Customer responsible for any necessary power company fees and requirements. 5. Customer responsible for all permitting fees (payment). Contractor will obtain the required permitting. 6. Provide any existing as-built documents or drawings. 7. Fixtures will be mounted to the roof structure and terrace shade structure. Customer responsible for the structural integrity of the structures. 8. Customer responsible for architectural and structural approvals for the Musco supplied fixture mounts to the roof and shade structure. 9. Provide sealed Electrical Plans. (If required) Musco Responsibilities: 1. Provide required mounts, fixtures, electrical enclosures, pole harnesses, and control cabinets. 2. Provide layout of pole locations and aiming diagram. 3. Provide Project Management as required. 4. Musco shall provide Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to the total amount of bid. (Only if Required, Not included in quote) Musco Subcontractor Responsibilities General: 1. Provide equipment and materials to off load equipment at jobsite per scheduled delivery. 2. Provide storage containers for material, (including electrical components enclosures), as necessary and waste disposal. 3. Provide adequate security to protect Musco delivered products from theft, vandalism or damage during the installation. 4. Obtain any required permitting. 5. Confirm the existing underground utilities and irrigation systems have been located and are clearly marked so as to avoid damage from construction equipment. Repair any such damage during construction. 6. Keep all heavy equipment off of playing fields when possible. Repair damage to grounds which exceeds that which would be expected. Indentations caused by heavy equipment traveling over dry ground would be an example of expected damage. Ruts and sod damage caused by equipment traveling over wet grounds would be an example of damage requiring repair. 7. Provide startup and aiming as required to provide complete and operating sports ligh ting system. Musco Subcontractor Responsibilities Demolition: 1. Remove and dispose of the existing lighting fixtures and electrical enclosures on (6) poles. This will include the recycling of lamps, CAST aluminum reflectors, ballast and steel as necessary. Note this is a LSG retrofit. 2. Leave existing grounds and power feed in place for connection to new lighting equipment. 3. Pole A2 remove and dispose of the existing platform. Musco Subcontractor Responsibilities – Retrofit Musco Equipment to Existing Poles: 1. Provide materials and equipment to assemble and install Musco TLC-LED equipment on existing poles and terminate grounding and power feed. Power feed may need to be reworked to adapt to the new Musco equipment. Musco Subcontractor Responsibilities – Retrofit Musco Equipment to Existing Roof and Terrace Structures: 1. Provide materials and equipment to mount driver enclosures and fixture mounts to the roof and terrace structures. 2. Provide materials and equipment to wire in two new circuits for roof and terrace fixtures. Installation Scope of Work ©2016, 2019 Musco Sports Lighting, LLC - 4 - M-2038-enUS-7 Quote Quote 3. Provide materials and equipment to install two Musco provided contactor assemblies in existing controls cabinets. Musco Subcontractor Responsibilities – Electrical: 1. Provide materials and equipment to reuse existing electrical wiring as permitted and terminate wiring 2. Provide materials and equipment to reuse existing electrical service panels as required. 3. Provide as built drawings on completion of installation, (if required). Musco Subcontractor Responsibilities – Entertainment Control System: 1. Provide equipment and materials to install (2) Lighting Contactor Cabinets, Communication Cabinet(s) and terminate all necessary wiring. 2. Provide a dedicated 20amp breaker connected to all available phases for powerline communication in each controls cabinet. 3. Provide 24 GA twisted wire pair cable, land on communication board between Contactor cabinet and DMX Gateway Cabinet. Recommended Belden 7937A or equal. Cable should be underground rated (working distance 1,500 ft). 4. Provide materials and equipment to install Lighting Control Touchpad in the announcer’s booth. 5. Cable is terminated on surge protection device at each modem. Drain wire is landed at surge device on C&M cabinet. Communication cabinet requires earth ground. 6. Check all Zones to make sure they work in both auto and manual mode. 7. Contractor will commission Control Link by contacting Control Link Central at (877 -347-3319).
