PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICTNO. 2019-2 OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE CFD NO. 2019-2 (NICHOLS RANCH)
Backgroundand Discussion
On October 22, 2019, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore (the “City Council”) adopted
Resolution No. 2019-083, declaring its intention to establish Community Facilities District No.
2019-2 of the City of Lake Elsinore (Nichols Ranch) (the “District”) and Resolution No. 2019-
084, declaring the necessity to incur bonded indebtedness of the District. Such resolutions
called for a public hearing (the “Public Hearing”) to be held at the City Council meeting on
November 26, 2019 on matters pertaining to the proposed establishment of the District and the
incurring on bonded indebtedness of the District. Cancellation of the November 26, 2019 City
Council meeting is scheduled for consideration on this evening’s Agenda and if approved, the
Public Hearing must be rescheduled.The attached resolution amends Resolution Nos. 2019-
083 and 2019-84 to reschedule to the Public Hearing to the December 10, 2019, City Council
meeting.
