Recommendations
1.Accept the improvements into the City’sMaintained Systemfor the listed project.
2.Authorize staff to file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorderfor the listed
project.
3.Authorize final costs and staff to release all retention monies 35 days after the filing
of the Notice of Completion for the below listed project.

The City Council awarded a contractto Maples & Associates,for the work specified in the above
table. All of this work has been completed per the plans for this project. Final billing and

This contractorhascompletedthe corresponding scope of work for the subject project.
Fiscal Impact
Funding for thisprojectwasallocated under the City’s CIP adopted budget.
