all other appropriate requirements contained in the General Plan and the
Subdivision Map Act.

of the proposed convenience store with gasoline dispensing stations. The
maximum FAR for the General Commercial (GC) is 0.40. The proposed project
site will be developed with FAR of 0.08.

cause serious public health problems.
The project has been adequately conditioned by all applicable departments and
agencies and will not therefore result in any significant environmental impacts. The

detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare or materially injurious to
properties or improvements in the vicinity.
