A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE,
CALIFORNIA, RESCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING DATE RELATING TO THE
PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2019 -2
OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE (NICHOLS RANCH)
Whereas, on October 22, 2019, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore (the "City Council ")
adopted Resolution No. 2019 -083, declaring its intention to establish Community Facilities District
No. 2019 -2 of the City of Lake Elsinore (Nichols Ranch) (the "District ") and Resolution No. 2019-
084, declaring the necessity to incur bonded indebtedness of the District; and;
Whereas, Resolution Nos. 2019 -083 and 2019 -084 called for a public hearing (the "Public
Hearing) to be held at the City Council meeting on November 26, 2019 on matters pertaining to
the proposed establishment of the District and the incurring on bonded indebtedness of the
District; and;
Whereas, the City Council meeting on November 26, 2019 has been canceled and the City
Council desires to amend Resolution Nos. 2019 -083 and 2019 -084 to reschedule the Public
Hearing to December 10, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The above recitals are true and correct.
Section 2. Section 6 of Resolution No. 2019 -093 and Section 5 of Resolution No. 2019 -084
are hereby amended to provide that the Public Hearing shall be held at 7:00 p.m., or as soon
thereafter as practicable, on December 10, 2019, at the City Cultural Center, 183 North Main
Street, Lake Elsinore, California. The Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of
the Public Hearing to be held on December 10, 2019 and mail such notice to the landowners
within the boundaries of the proposed District, all in the manner set forth in Resolution Nos. 2019-
093 and 2019 -084.
Section 3. Except as stated herein, no other provisions of Resolution Nos. 2019 -083 and
2019 -084 are amended and such resolutions remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. This Resolution shall be effective upon it
