Approve Final Parcel Map 37534 subject to the City Engineer's acceptance as being true and correct. 2. That the City Council authorize the City Clerk to sign the map and arrange for the recordation of Final Parcel Map 37534. Background SRZ YUMA, LLC is developing a new Honda dealership on Collier Avenue. The project is dedicating additional rights of way on Collier Avenue for purposes of consistency with the General Plan Circulation Element. Monumentation will be set, and the work has been secured by surety bond. Discussion Staff has reviewed the Final Map and determined that it is in substantial conformance to Tentative Tract Map No. 37534 and that all Conditions of Approval relative to the Final Map approval have been completed. Fiscal Impact Public improvements are to be constructed by the developer. The surety is sufficient for the City to complete the construction if needed.
