CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was called to order at 9:26 p.m. by Chairman Matson. 2. ROLL CALL PRESENT: BOARDMEMBERS: DOMINGUEZ, MATSON, VERMILLION, WINKLER, STRIGOTTE ABSENT: BOARDMEMBERS: NONE Also present were: Executive Director Molendyk, Assistant City Manager Gilbert, Agency Counsel Harper, Community Development Director Miller, Administrative Services Director Barrick, Public Services Director Kirchner and Clerk of the Board Oliver. 3. MINUTES A. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR BOARD MEETING OF NOVEMBER 25, 1986, WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED. 4. EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT A. Mr. Molendyk reported that Mayor Strigotte, City Attorney Harper and he attended the public hearing on County Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 on December 8, 1986. As a result of concerns voiced by Mr. Harper and others, Lakeland Village was dropped from the County Redevelopment Project Area. B. Mr. Molendyk reported that Shoppers Square project is moving for- ward. He spoke to Harold Parlmer, the developer, who now has signed leases with Econclube, Bob's Big Boy, Food Court, a Good- year store and Sizzler restaurant. He indicated they should be pouring foundations within the next three weeks. 5. UNINISHED BUSINESS A. Extension of Agreement - Pacific Heritage. Mr. Tom Tincher addressed the Board and gave an update on various aspects of the project. He indicated he would be submitting specific time lines and revisions to the existing agreement at the December 23rd Agency meeting. MOVED BY STRIGOTTE, SECONDED BY DOMINGUEZ AND CARRIED TO CONCUR WITH MR. TINCHER'S REPORT. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Mr. Matson inquired about the status of the downtown drainage project. Mr. Molendyk informed him that the contractor is scheduled to resume work tomorrow morning, December loth. 8. ADJOURNMENT I MOVED BY DOMINGUEZ, SECONDED BY STRIGOTTE AND CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY TO ADJOURN THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AT 9:55 P.M.
