If rounded up to reach nearest 5 mph – can be reduced by 5 mph. For ex. Canyon Hills Rd. (Hillside Dr. to Eastern City Limit): 85th Percentile: 49.1 mph, Existing: 45 mph, Recommended: 45 mph If rounded down to reach nearest 5 mph – can be reduced additional 5 mph only with justification For ex.
