A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE FEES FOR
CIVIL CEREMONIES
Whereas, California Family Code Section 400.1 allows for the City Clerk to perform Civil
Ceremonies; and,
Whereas, fees for the use of City facilities adopted by Resolution of the City Council will apply to
the use of City facilities for Civil Ceremonies; and,
Whereas, providing this service will enhance civic engagement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the adopted Fee Schedule shall be amended to add the following fees for this
service program:
Resident Non - Resident
City Hall $25.00 $25.00
(Ceremony Only)
Witness $20.00 $20.00
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and enter it into the book
of original Resolutions.
