The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chair Johnson. Roll Call Present: Members Hickman, Magee and Tisdale; Vice-Chair Manos and Chair Johnson Absent: None Consent Calendar It was moved by Vice Chair Manos, seconded by Member Tisdale, and unanimously carried, to approve the Consent Calendar. 1) SA Warrant List Dated May 17, 2018–received and filed. 2) SA Warrant List Dated 5-31-18–received and filed. 3) SA Minutes for the Regular Meeting of May 8, 2018–approvedthe minutes. 4) SA RDA Investment Report for April 2018–received and filed. Adjournment The Meeting adjourned at 9:44 p.m. to the Regular meeting of Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Cultural Center located at 183 N. Main Street, Lake Elsinore. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by ChairJohnson, noting the absence of MemberHickman. There being no members of the public appearing to speak, the meeting recessed at 5:01 p.m. to Closed Session. Successor Agency Closed Session 1) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL --ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Initiationof litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: 1 potential case Reconvene The meeting reconvened at 7:00 p.m. Roll Call Present: Members Magee and Tisdale; Vice-ChairManos and ChairJohnson Absent: Member Hickman Closed Session Report Agency CounselLeibold listed the items discussed and stated there was no reportable action. Successor Agency Consent Calendar It was moved by Vice-ChairManos, seconded by MemberTisdale, and unanimously carried noting the absence of Member Hickman, to approve the Consent Calendar. 13) SA RDA Investment Report for May 2018–Received and filed. 14) SA Warrant List Dated June 14, 2018–Received and filed. 15) SA Minutes of the Canceled Meeting of May 22, 2018–Approved the minutes. 16) Stadium Operations, Maintenance & Management–Adopted the Resolutions. Public Financing Authority/Successor Agency Joint Business Item 19) Authorizing the Issuance of Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds to Refund Certain Obligations of the Former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lake Elsinore and Approving all Legal Documents Required Therein Member/Vice-Chair Manos requested information regarding the2-million-dollar debt service and how much would be returned to the City. It was moved byMember/Vice-Chair Manos, seconded by Chair/Member Tisdale, and unanimously carried, noting the absence of Vice-Chair/Member Hickman, to adopt the Resolutions. SA Resolution No. 2018-010 A RESOLUTION OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF TAX ALLOCATION REFUNDING BONDS TO REFUND CERTAIN OBLIGATIONS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE AND APPROVING THE FORM OF A FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE OF TRUST, A FORM ESCROW AGREEMENT, A FORM BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND A FORM CONTINUING DISCLOSURE CERTIFICATE AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OTHER ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH PFA Resolution No. 2018-001 A RESOLUTION OF THE LAKE ELSINORE PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE REFUNDING OF CERTAIN BONDS ISSUED IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, AND AUTHORIZING THE DELIVERY OF CERTAIN DOCUMENTS AND THE UNDERTAKING OF CERTAIN ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH Page 2of 2 Adjournment TheMeeting adjourned at 8:39 p.m. Natasha Johnson Susan M.
