A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING IRREVOCABLE OFFERS OF DEDICATION RELATING
TO ULLA LANE
Whereas, the City received Irrevocable Offers of Dedication pursuant the following recorded
maps: Parcel Map 7016, 7361, 7362, 1477 and Tract Map 32996, which provide for the dedication
of certain real property, constituting a portion of Ulla Lane, for public roadway and related
purposes as provided in those subdivision maps identified in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein (Public Rights of Way); and,
Whereas, pursuant to Government Code Section 7050, the Council may, at its discretion, accept
irrevocable offers of dedication of interests in real property located within the City for any public
purpose; and,
Whereas, the City Engineer has reviewed the irrevocable Offers of Dedication and recommends
that the Council accept said offers; and,
Whereas, upon acceptance of the irrevocable Offers of Dedication, Ulla Lane shall be accepted
into the City's system of maintained roads.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the foregoing recitals are true and correct and are incorporated herein by
reference.
Section 2. That the Irrevocable Offers of Dedication of Public Right of Way as described in Exhibit
A attached hereto are hereby accepted.
Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby ordered to cause the recordation of this Resolution in
the Riverside County Recorder's Office.
Section 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and
the same shall thereupon take effect and be in force.

California, filed in Book 22 of Maps, Page 25, in the Office of the County Recorder
of Said County;
Parcel Map 7361 in the City of Lake Elsinore, County of Riverside, State of
California, filed in Book 23 of Maps, Page 75, in the Office of the County Recorder
of Said County;
Parcel Map 7362 in the City of Lake Elsinore, County of Riverside, State of
California, filed in Book 22 of Maps, Page 75, in the Office of the County Recorder
of Said County;
Parcel Map 14777 in the City of Lake Elsinore, County of Riverside, State of
California, filed in Book 72, Page 74 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of Said County.
Excepting therefrom that abandonment of public streets and public easements as
set forth in Tract 32996 in the City of Lake Elsinore, County of Riverside, State of
California, filed in Book 413 of Maps, Pages 94-96 inclusive, in the Office of the
County Recorder of Said County.
