Subject:Adopt User Fees and Cost Allocation Plan
Recommendation
This is a duly noticed Public Hearing.
Staff is requesting it be continued to a date specific, on May 8, 2018. Staff has received several
records requests from the Building Industry Association ("BIA") and is in communication with them
to clarify staff's approach and respond to their questions. Staff needs additional time to work with
them.
The Public Hearing shall be opened and allow for Public Comment, prior to consideration for
continuance.
