The purpose of these projects are to improve the condition rating of Lincoln Street pavement from Riverside Drive to its north end near Rice Canyon. The application submission deadline for SB- 1 projects is May 1, 2018. Background Bucknam Infrastructure Group has completed the 2017 Pavement Assessment Program. Based on their most recent pavement condition survey (9/2017), Lincoln Street Pavement Condition Indices (PCI) vary between 28 to 79, on a scale from 0 to 100. The City of Lake Elsinore’s projected SB-1 allocation for FY 2018-19 is $1,031,103, for the first full year of funding. Fiscal Impact The funding allocation for the four pavement segments listed above, will be from the allocated SB-1 funds available, with the remainder being funded from the Highway Users Tax Account (HUTA).
