Domen, MMC, City Clerk/Clerk Date:January 9, 2018 Subject:Meeting Dates for 2018 Recommendation Review the 2018 meeting dates and approve the cancellation of the Regular meeting of December 25, 2018. Background The Regular meetings of the City Council and the Successor Agency are set in the Municipal Code as the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. The Council has the authority to cancel meetings as necessary. Discussion The meeting of December 25, 2018, is to be held on Christmas day. Due to the potential of a lack of quorum because of the holiday, it is recommended that the meeting be cancelled. All remaining meeting dates for the year, as listed in Exhibit A, do not pose any foreseen conflicts at this time. Fiscal Impact There is no cost associated with this item.
