RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CITY CLERK
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
Whereas, by Resolution No. 2015 -080, the City Council approved that certain City Clerk
Employment Agreement dated as of October 13, 2015 (Employment Agreement); and
Whereas, pursuant to Section 10 of the Employment Agreement and Government Code Sections
54957(b) and 54957.6, the City Clerk's performance review and labor negotiations were
conducted by the City Council at the February 13, 2018 Closed Session meeting; and
Whereas, the City Council desires to amend the Employment Agreement to provide the City Clerk
an automobile allowance commensurate with that provided to other City Department Directors.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the attached Amendment No. 1 to City Clerk
Employment Agreement in substantially the form presented.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 to City Clerk
Employment Agreement in such final form as approved by the City Council and with such minor
revisions as may be approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its passage and adoption.
Passed and Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore at a regular meeting held
on this 27th day of February 2018.
