Regular Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, March 14, 2017
Call to Order
A Regular meeting of the Successor Agency of the City of Lake Elsinore was held in the Cultural
Center, 183 North Main Street, on the above date. The meeting was called to order at 8:03 p.m. by
Mayor Magee, with all Members present.
Public Comments
There were no members of the Public appearing to speak.
Consent Calendar
It was moved by Council Member Manos, seconded by Council Member Hickman, and unanimously
carried, to approve the Consent Calendar.
1) Warrant List Dated February 23, 2017 – received and filed.
2) Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 28, 2017 – approved.
Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 8:04 p.m. to the Regular meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, in the
Cultural Center located at 183 N. Main Street.

Call to Order
A Regular meeting of the Successor Agency of the City of Lake Elsinore was held in the Cultural
Center, 183 North Main Street, on the above date. The meeting was called to order at 8:22 p.m. by
Chair Magee, with all Members present.
Public Comments
There were no members of the Public appearing to speak.
Consent Calendar
It was moved by Agency Member Tisdale, seconded by Agency Member Manos, and unanimously
carried, to approve the Consent Calendar.
1) Investment Report for February 2017 – received and filed.
2) Warrant List Dated March 16, 2017 – received and filed.
3) Security and Surveillance Cameras at Diamond Stadium Project (CIP) #Z40003) – authorized the
City Manager to purchase seventy-two security cameras in the amount of $119,950.00 from
Millennium Alarm System; and, waived the formal bidding process per Municipal Code Section
3.08.070 (G) for purchases and installation from Millennium Alarm Systems since it is the
Millennium Alarm Systems design and security and surveillance cameras installation throughout the
City.

The meeting adjourned at 8:22 p.m. to the Regular meeting on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, in the Cultural
Center located at 183 N. Main Street.
