Yes, the purchase price includes penalty fees and tax sale processing fees and costa. Since Chapter 8 sales can be a
lengthy process, we quote out 3 (three) years which is the time it may take to complete the sale and the time the
Revenue and Taxation Code states we must complete the sale within.
The taxes were unpaid for 20.16 therefore there was a 10% penalty on each unpaid installment, There is also an
administrative charge for each delinquent year that taxes are unpaid, Taxes increase at the rate of 2% each
year. Monthly penalties of 1-1/21, of the unpaid taxes will accrue until paid. There is also a redemption fee that will
be charged, Our fees and cost of notice for the tax sale are 1,051.75.
Below is ra breakdown of what our estimated purchase price is for this parcei. Please keep in mind that any funds in
excess of what was quoted will be refunded to the City of Lake Elsinore.
